The initial consultation and quote are free, so there is nothing to refund there. If we are not the right fit, there is no charge and no hard feelings.
Projects such as websites, apps, or design work usually require a deposit before we begin. That deposit covers planning and early work, so it is non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled partway through, you are billed only for the work completed to that point, and anything paid beyond that is refunded.
Ongoing services such as marketing or AI automation are billed in advance for each period. You can cancel for the next period at any time, but we do not refund the current period once work has started, since that time and effort has already gone in.
If something is not right with an invoice or the work delivered, reach out through our contact page. We would much rather resolve it with a conversation than a dispute.
