These terms cover any web, app, marketing, or AI work you receive from Tech Promotions. By hiring us or approving a proposal, you agree to the terms below. If anything is unclear, ask us before you sign off on a project.
We offer web development, app development, digital marketing, and AI automation. The exact scope of your project is agreed in writing, either by email or in a proposal, before work begins.
Most projects begin with a discovery conversation about your goals and budget. Once we agree on a plan, we confirm the scope, timeline, and cost in writing before any work starts.
Project-based work usually requires a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion or in agreed milestones. Ongoing services are billed in advance for the coming period. Invoices are due within the terms stated on each invoice.
We can only move as fast as the access and information we receive. That means providing content, logins, feedback, and approvals in a reasonable timeframe. Delays on your side may shift the timeline on ours.
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. Any tools, frameworks, or internal processes we use to build the work remain ours.
Ongoing services can be cancelled with written notice. Work already completed for the current billing period is non-refundable. See our refund policy for full details.
Digital results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market and competition. We give you an honest, realistic picture of what to expect, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales figures.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will let active clients know. The version posted on this page is always the current one.
